  • Some enhancements to its integrations would make Dashworks even more valuable long-term. But even as-is, it's an amazing tool for knowledge management.
  • One thing I didn't love about Dashworks was some limitations with its integrations to our proprietary homegrown systems. While it integrated well out-of-the-box with popular apps like Slack and Salesforce, getting it to sync with our internal custom database required extra IT work.

  • By being readily available and easily accessible with a clear set of "access" to each level of employee Guru has become - in my opinion - a staple for any business that requires a specific set of skill that is easily discussed, shared and utilized to better assist the consumers it serves and the client that relies on it.
  • The search functionality when there are many cards within an organization is typically extremely lackluster.
