Fabulous system - very intuitive

Five star - this is system is designed and implemented by people who have swimmer safety at the heart of everything they do.

Pros:

The WILD system is already an essential part of our new swim venues booking and safety system. The booking system gives us real-time updates on bookings and the band system is amazing for safety. We always know how many swimmers are in the water and can rapidly check details and emergency contacts if needed. Swimmers love the system and feel very safe.

Cons:

We live the system - there are a few elements to work through, but the customer care is too drawer and any issues are very rapidly rectified.

Reasons for choosing Wild

The alternate system required users to purchase a band in advance which means cost to our customers and lack of ownership of our own swimmer data.

Wild is great for the open water swimming community and my business

It is great to be a part of a growing community of open water swimmers and being a part of Wild has enabled me to set up my business very easily and effectively.

Pros:

Wild connects my business to the open water swimming community and provides a great platform for advertising my coaching services and taking bookings and payment without the need for me to have a website. The development of the app is ongoing and [sensitive content hidden] is always on hand to help and implement ideas.

Cons:

For me there are no cons because any issues I have had have been swiftly addressed and Wild is being constantly improved.

The one stop shop!

The developer is great and very quick to help when there’s an issue. An app that is excited to grow but with the customers needs at it heart.

I love the ability to have all my contacts, booking, waiver, health questionnaires & next of kin in one place! Less paperwork making it easier to do my job!

Cons:

Nothing! I really enjoy it all, maybe getting more coaches and venues in the app

Excellent tool for open water swim coaches

A really great service which has made booking so much easier.

Pros:

The app is excellent and being able to list my coaching services on there means that people can easily find me and get booked on. Support is excellent. I am not particularly technically minded but receive quick support when needed to set everything up. Now able to also add discount codes which are great too.

Cons:

Honestly, I don't think there is anything I dislike. I think it is a really great app and service for swimmers and coaches alike.
