Pros:

Simple and easy to use, easily customizable, and gives all event information quickly at a glance for both my marketing team and the sales organization

Cons:

Some quality of life updates would be nice. Bulk updates, updating from the "expert view" and some additional layout options (horizontal?) in each event area would make it flawless.

Pros:

The ease of use for both me and my team. The tag options are great as I can see when my team adds or makes changes.

Cons:

Not much, but I just upgraded to the PRO version.

Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay

Too much information needed to create an event. No reminders, no tasks. Too much @ chatter.

Pros:

Working on a small marketing team, it makes tracking events and trade shows very simple. The most useful feature to us is tracking expenses and being able to export an itinerary.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is how the staff tool works. We would like to be able to add attendees even if they are not set up in ExhibitDay especially since we are blocked by how many users we can have on our account. There should be a way to add staff via email.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the review. Regarding your comment about tagging attendees who don't have an ExhibitDay account: You can add them as "Resources" to your workspace and tag them as attendees. Under the Premium and the Enterprise plans, you can add Resources to your ExhibitDay workspace. Resources are people you'd like to tag in events, but they don't need an account or access to your data. Thanks, ExhibitDay Support

ExhibitDay's clean design make it a great option for trade show managers.

We have had ExhibitDay for only a few weeks. I am still learning every day. I like the clean/simple design and it has exactly what is needed to plan exhibit presence. I am trying to wedge in my other events and so it is not as easy. There are a few names of the budget items I find a little odd. Overall I am enjoying ExhibitDay.

Cons:

I wish there was a way to organize an individual event's check list and information. If you purchase the higher tier you can have one event tab added, I would like to see a more flexible event tab that you could create as you need it for meetings, dinners, customer events. I also would like to see on free form tab for writing notes.

The team liked the simpler design of ExhibitDay. ExhibitForce be a more significant cost to add all our team members.

Exhibit Day saves the day

It has been great for me coming into my role new this year and having a wealth of information from previous events. It's a great way to keep all of the information updated and accessible to everyone involved.

All of our information in one place for all our shows. So many options to customize to your specific needs. Multiple people can access and have past events to easily guide someone new to see what was done previously.

Cons:

I have no complaints so far. I have been using the software for 5 months, but my company has been using it much longer.

Pros:

It allows me to find all the info in one place (providing it was input in the first place). It's easy to use.

Cons:

That even though you click "keep me signed in on this device' it still makes me sign in every time on the app. Very frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry. Also, the font is too small.

Pros:

ExhibitDay is a very straight forward program to use for managing events. It is clean and simple and has many practical features. There is no learning curve to using Exhibitday so everyone on the team can use it right away.

Cons:

It would be helpful if there was a way to add an event's website, so that ExhibitDay can automatically scrub the date, location, address, etc of the event.

Good Platform. A Couple Tweaks will make it even better.

Overall, I am enjoying using ExhibitDay. I hope with an enterprise membership we can get the areas for improvement taken care of.

Pros:

Ease of access to everything for a trade show in one place. I really like the task scheduling and assignment features and being able to see who completed them and when.

Cons:

I would like a way to include attachments in the PDF export and a way to upload images into the fields, like including the booth graphics in the booth field. I'd also like a way to create a meeting schedule in the platform in a way that all attendees can view it and multiple people can make edits to it in real time without having to upload and download the excel file.
