Over the moon with ExhibitDay!

I would highly recommend this site/service. We have 22 active users on our account and I can see with one quick look all the tradeshows that we are attending as an organization and can even click on them and see in detail what my teams are doing for each show.

Pros:

It is so user friendly. It allows me room to customize. It unified our cross country teams. There was no down time at all, we were up and running the same day we signed up. The amount of event detail/tracking it allows and the assigning of tasks and assets is great.

Cons:

The only downside is that it is not inhouse, we had to go to an outside company/site to find a solution, though it does allow you to integrate with your calendars in outlook/google.

The ease of use for both me and my team. The tag options are great as I can see when my team adds or makes changes.

Cons:

Not much, but I just upgraded to the PRO version.

Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay

Too much information needed to create an event. No reminders, no tasks. Too much @ chatter.

It's been great. It gives us total transparency for our global headquarters team so they can see our progress in preparation even with the time difference.

Pros:

The fact that it is a platform where you can keep everything for tradeshow planning and prep in one place, and can log into it no matter where you maybe as long as you have a WiFi connection.

Cons:

It would be nice to have multiple languages and tutorials especially for foreign employees that do not regularly use the platform but need to see items for larger shows.

Exhibit Day saves the day

It has been great for me coming into my role new this year and having a wealth of information from previous events. It's a great way to keep all of the information updated and accessible to everyone involved.

All of our information in one place for all our shows. So many options to customize to your specific needs. Multiple people can access and have past events to easily guide someone new to see what was done previously.

Cons:

I have no complaints so far. I have been using the software for 5 months, but my company has been using it much longer.

ExhibitDay's clean design make it a great option for trade show managers.

We have had ExhibitDay for only a few weeks. I am still learning every day. I like the clean/simple design and it has exactly what is needed to plan exhibit presence. I am trying to wedge in my other events and so it is not as easy. There are a few names of the budget items I find a little odd. Overall I am enjoying ExhibitDay.

I like the clean design, flexibility of the order of information

Cons:

I wish there was a way to organize an individual event's check list and information. If you purchase the higher tier you can have one event tab added, I would like to see a more flexible event tab that you could create as you need it for meetings, dinners, customer events. I also would like to see on free form tab for writing notes.

The team liked the simpler design of ExhibitDay. ExhibitForce be a more significant cost to add all our team members.

Pros:

Exhibit day is extremely user friendly. Within minutes of first downloading this tool, it was very clear how to use it. I appreciate how much detail it allows me to enter for trade show and event planning. I also like how I am able to share this with my team and create customized views for each person. This tool had made my job much easier!

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about ExhibitDay, but I do have some ideas for new features to be added. For information like travel reservations and playbook events, I would like to be able to send a notification through ExhibitDay to my team reminding them to fill out information.

Pros:

Working on a small marketing team, it makes tracking events and trade shows very simple. The most useful feature to us is tracking expenses and being able to export an itinerary.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is how the staff tool works. We would like to be able to add attendees even if they are not set up in ExhibitDay especially since we are blocked by how many users we can have on our account. There should be a way to add staff via email.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the review. Regarding your comment about tagging attendees who don't have an ExhibitDay account: You can add them as "Resources" to your workspace and tag them as attendees. Under the Premium and the Enterprise plans, you can add Resources to your ExhibitDay workspace. Resources are people you'd like to tag in events, but they don't need an account or access to your data. Thanks, ExhibitDay Support

Pros:

Simple and easy to use, easily customizable, and gives all event information quickly at a glance for both my marketing team and the sales organization

Cons:

Some quality of life updates would be nice. Bulk updates, updating from the "expert view" and some additional layout options (horizontal?) in each event area would make it flawless.
