Over the moon with ExhibitDay!

I would highly recommend this site/service. We have 22 active users on our account and I can see with one quick look all the tradeshows that we are attending as an organization and can even click on them and see in detail what my teams are doing for each show.

Pros:

It is so user friendly. It allows me room to customize. It unified our cross country teams. There was no down time at all, we were up and running the same day we signed up. The amount of event detail/tracking it allows and the assigning of tasks and assets is great.

Cons:

The only downside is that it is not inhouse, we had to go to an outside company/site to find a solution, though it does allow you to integrate with your calendars in outlook/google.

I’ve been using Exhibit Day to manage my event planning and logistics, and it has made everything so much easier. The layout is clean, intuitive, and perfect for keeping track of deadlines, budgets, inventory, and team assignments all in one place. What I love most is that it takes away the stress of trying to juggle spreadsheets and emails — everything I need is right here and organized. The reminders and task management features keep our team on top of upcoming events, and I really appreciate how easy it is to collaborate and share updates. It feels like the platform was created with real event managers in mind. Customer support is responsive and helpful too, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a tool that keeps your trade shows and events running smoothly, Exhibit Day is definitely worth using. It’s boosted our efficiency so much, and I honestly wish we had started using it sooner!

What I like most about Exhibit Day is how organized it keeps everything — tasks, budgets, inventory, and deadlines are all in one place, making event planning so much more efficient.

Cons:

The only drawback for me was a slight learning curve in the beginning. There are a lot of useful features, but it took a bit of exploring to fully take advantage of them. After that, it was smooth sailing.

Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay

I switched from Asana because Exhibit Day is built specifically for event and trade show management, which made it easier to track booth items, budgets, and logistics without creating complicated workarounds.

There are some features that i really need, but cannot pay the 199/mo fee all at once. i could pay the 199/mo but it is required in one payment.

cost tracking takes into account travel and that is a separate budget line and it looks like my show budget is over and high

It's been great. It gives us total transparency for our global headquarters team so they can see our progress in preparation even with the time difference.

The fact that it is a platform where you can keep everything for tradeshow planning and prep in one place, and can log into it no matter where you maybe as long as you have a WiFi connection.

Cons:

It would be nice to have multiple languages and tutorials especially for foreign employees that do not regularly use the platform but need to see items for larger shows.

Easy to use interface, clean and clear asset listings, and the integration of events and assets in one platform. The shipments, and collateral asset listings are nice features that I didn't have in the past.

Cons:

Although there are helpful customizations for the events and asset listings, I wish there was a bit more freedom to customize some areas i.e. adding more than one custom field in the events tab. The other critique I would give is an easier way to add assets to an event. Selecting multiple at a time or at lease not having to enter the dates for every asset.

Reasons for choosing ExhibitDay

Too much on the reporting an analytics and not enough on asset listings, and easy to see asset lists.

Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay

User interface was not good. Clunky and slow.

Pros:

Exhibit day is extremely user friendly. Within minutes of first downloading this tool, it was very clear how to use it. I appreciate how much detail it allows me to enter for trade show and event planning. I also like how I am able to share this with my team and create customized views for each person. This tool had made my job much easier!

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about ExhibitDay, but I do have some ideas for new features to be added. For information like travel reservations and playbook events, I would like to be able to send a notification through ExhibitDay to my team reminding them to fill out information.

Simple and easy to use, easily customizable, and gives all event information quickly at a glance for both my marketing team and the sales organization

Cons:

Some quality of life updates would be nice. Bulk updates, updating from the "expert view" and some additional layout options (horizontal?) in each event area would make it flawless.
