Promotix will work for us but waiting for small changes to roll out to our bigger events

Cannot rate the support highly enough. Would recommend you try this platform for yourselves. Its a winner.

Pros:

Support - very responsive support. After coming on board they conducted a 60 minute zoom call to explain the package and discover how we in Australia intend to use it. Promotional Benefits - Unlike almost every self run ticketing platform, Promotix offers a range of Promotional features that will massively increase our Event's exposure and sales.

Cons:

Australian Tax Office compliance - It's not quite there yet. There are a few mandatory requirements from the ATO that are not met with the receipts generated by Promotix. Unfortunately at time of this review I have not been able to roll out this program to its fullest potential. Have requested some Dev changes and am waiting for results. But positive we will be using it on our main events very soon.

Promotix will help you setting up a great event!

Very helpfull, lot's of support on internet or via Zoom. I think for large events it's a good way to sell tickets. Various options to keep track of ticket sales and to retreive (guest/visitor) lists.

The online help was always available. Lot of different possibilities to built a website and sell your tickets. On your website you can only upload horizontal pictures and rather small pictures.

Cons:

You get a lot of mails with tips for better sales (which I understand), but we organize a small private event, so for me it's just filling my inbox. I had to fill in an URL about my event in Stripe and I didn't have one, I adapted my LinkedIn. It would be great if you could choose the website you make on Promotix for this. Some visitors think you have to give too much personal information when buying the tickets.

I like that it also has an app you can download, which makes accessing it much easier. I also like that they walk you through each step when creating an event, it was comprehensible for a beginner.

Cons:

I did not like that I could not send a mass email to people who purchase tickets for an event like how Eventbrite does. Perhaps they do and I just could not find it. Things are a bit hard to find after creating an event.

Promotix is a best event management tool and the best thing about Promotix is that there is no extra fees you need to pay or you will not lose money on ticketing. Promoters will also helps you to earn commissions. It is very easy to setup the virtual or hybrid events.

Its little bit tricky and takes time to learn. Slow support.
