RepMove Review - Tx

The RepMove team makes this app a must have. I'm able to reach out and get a timely reply from the RepMove team and/or the owner himself when i have an question is top notch. I am able to create a tasks & reminders very quickly during my busy schedule which helps the flow of my day tremendously! I am able to visit many more customers and new customers with the Daily Route feature that allows me to drive different ways to visit my customers and see other customer pin drops that are nearby that I can add to my daily run. Navigation inside the app is very easy. With such a great RepMove team to give the support we need, this app is a must have!

Pros:

The daily route set up is truly a one of a kind. being able to see pin drops of customers in my area allow me to visit more than what i have planned for teh day. the ability to quickly make tasks & reminders quickly while on the go. this helps me stay one step ahead of my customers needs.

Cons:

i do not have anything to improve on at this time as the Repmove team was very professional and responsive while setting us up and listening to our needs.

too many options, sometimes it can be too much but rather too much than too little

So far so good, the support team has been great and open to feedback. Every suggestion they get they try to develop a new feature for.

Every once in a while it freezes or gets a bug that requires to re-launch the app but since the last update this has improved!

RepMove is a Key to Success.

It generates more qualified leads and increased business. Very easy to use when compared to other programs I have used. If you are an outside salesman, this is a must.

Quick, smooth and efficient. I like the map view and being able o create routes and schedule routes with easy. Their support team is top notch and bring high levels of customer service to the software space.

Cons:

Complexity and learning curve - There are some amazing features buried in here. Learning how to maximize these tools has been the hardest part.
