Pros / Cons
- The application allows us to manage the work that we do for commercial properties of all sizes from bidding on jobs all the way through invoicing for services. With options to manage fixed price (i.e. monthly invoicing), fixed price on completion and time & materials contracts, easily schedule work for our crews and properly job cost labor, equipment and materials we're able to streamline our administrative processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Additionally, the terms of the agreement were misleading—what was presented during the sales process did not match our actual experience. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and chose not to continue with the platform, we were threatened with being sent to collections, despite our good-faith efforts to resolve the situation.

- I loved using Verizon Connect once I got the full version of it because I was able to keep track of all the trucks I have in my company.
- talk with customer service and go thru the trouble shoot procedure and then they send a new one., in which you have a 50% chance of that one working. and they just keep charging you every month if it works or not.
