So far so good, I really want to utilize all features offered, even add ons to help beyond CRM features.

Pros:
Most features for the price, it's the best value compared to other software. Estimates, invoicing, and payments are similar to others, but it's the details in options is what sets them apart
Cons:
Not all features are able to be tested during trial which unless you go to website, it'd be unknown.

The app that's punching over it's weight class

Over all great. I'm looking forward to getting customers to utilize my templates. I'm thrilled that the subscriptions aren't as high as their competitors.

Pros:
It's new and not a juggernaut, the dev team is responsive. It's nice to have support that doesn't seem to push you off and delay helping.
Cons:
Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business. I understand this is to keep fraudulent companies at bay, but even when verified by Google, I still cannot.

Reasons for choosing Contractor+

Price and the desire to be able to provide valued input to a newer product. also, about price, as a sole proprietor, Jobber gets expensive FAST. I don't doubt that it's a good product, but the features are overpriced.

It asks a lot information to simply Add customers to my invoices

I have had the best experience with Contractor + than I had with Monday, PipeDrive, Jobber, and Notify.

Pros:
I like the customization of the app. It's pretty much an all-in-one app without having to pay for additional add-ons that end up driving up the cost of the CRM.
Cons:
The demo was way too fast in regards to showing us exactly how it works, sure we got an overall overview and hit the main points, but I can see so many more options that we did not go over. Lastly, the group demo seemed non personal.

To expensive for what it was offering as an all-in-one CRM.

Great app that's better than the high priced competition

Loved it and can't wait to get it all set up. It is half the baseb price of housecall pro and includes everything that would be an add on from housecall

The use of ai and simplify the entire business in one app including invoices, scheduling, job notes, and communication.
Cons:
I like everything. Maybe a lot to learn. Coming from using a competor i hate having to move all my job and customer data over.

I’ve had a fairly good experience with Contractor+. It seems to do most of what I need. It integrates with QuickBooks and I like their estimate software.

I like that it’s easy to use with mobile devices and has everything I need in one place. It’s been quick to learn and use. I was able to set up an estimate and customers and start invoicing almost immediately.
Cons:
I am currently struggling with the time clock. I am considering switching up to the next highest version to see if the time clock on that one works better since that one set up for multiple users.

Everything in one place has made my life easier. I want to send invoices and receive payments as efficiently as possible.
Cons:
The google reviews. I do not like that I need a certain amount in order to be able to receive payments.

The price I was using AccuLynx and they continued to raise the price every year till it was to much to handle. Contractor+ has the best value on the market!
Cons:
Still new to the system so I don't have anything negative to say. If I would request 1 thing it would be to integrate material ordering through the estimates, but they might already have that I just haven't figured it out yet.

the price was getting way to high for acculynx and they charge for every new thing.

live and local materials pricing. Professional looking estimates. customer invites to look at and make requests concerning the estimates.
Cons:
I don't like the fact that some of the features most of us in the handyman services would use are not available in the more basic subscriptions.

They have the box store prices like Lowe’s Home Depot also I like that your adding abc supply and more
Cons:
I didn’t really like the cost for transactions its cheap on joist which I’ve been using for years there should be more available for financing
