        Being able to review trip history is a lifesaver when it comes to double checking my employees time at different sites, especially on emergency calls when they don't have time to log everything.
        Cons:
        Having to refresh my browser to see actual location of vehicles after having the site open for any length of time.

        Monthly Contract- that is all. They are cheap, but so is the product and software
        Cons:
        Awful software Awful techincial help Devices always not working- becoming unplugged or offline and all they would tell you to do is " restart them" Devices actually messed up the trucks by throwing codes and messing up fuel gagues. The dash cams were a joke and it would take 30 min for you to view a video

        In the few instances that we've needed it when reviewing an incident, the details of the tracking have been immensely helpful including the flagged excessive braking and acceleration. Keep doing what you're doing. The more granular data you can continue to provide, the more useful this is to me when I truly need it. Keep up the great work Fleet Force and we'll keep using your product!

        We appreciate the visibility, event tracking, integrated analytics and having a record for safety, liability, insurance and accountability purposes. You guys have a good product and it does what it's supposed to without issue.
        Cons:
        It would help if I could tether a driver to more than one vehicle. For example, we have a driver that is the primary both for a van and a box truck in our fleet. We are a small business and I don't have any time at all to bother toggling him from one vehicle to another. I would like to just tether him to both. Minor griping point, but it would be a quality-of-life upgrade for me if you guys can make that happen.

        Verizon was too expensive and had thresholds we couldn't meet as a small business. Fleet Force kicked their butt on pricing too!

        We used other tracking and couldn't suspend the service. Being a seasonal business, we have trouble locking into contracts. We have found Force Fleet Tracking to be one of the best out there.
        Cons:
        We haven't come up with any issues yet. However, when we reach out to support, they are always eager to assist.

        It's not too good to be true!

        The software has been one the best decisions we have made. We now have the peace of mind to know in real-time where a large part of the company's assets are at every minute of the day. The overall experience from the website to answering questions prior to purchase and the follow-up support has been exceptional. It has been wonderful to deal with sales and support that is US based, quite refreshing.

        Ease of purchase, use and implementation. Huge amount of data available at your fingertips. Easy to understand, great support, US based! Low cost, simple no contract or fine print to worry about.
        Cons:
        So far I have no complaints or addition features that we would need.

        Pros & Cons of Mojio

        For the most part the app is good. There are some issues with Android phones and the app - I have not heard if they have been resolved yet or not.

        It is easy to uses, but changing the name of the tech driving is not very easy but I could be doing it incorrectly - not sure
        Cons:
        The actual speed of the vehicle going down the highway, another app had this feature and it is helpful and also to get out of a ticket if they were not speeding. Actually being able to hard wire the device into the vehicle. This way it cannot be unplugged or tampered with either by an employee or a thief stealing the vehicle.

        I do not know of any products that can be integrated with Mojio - would be interested to hear about those

        Great overall experience. I'm not on the page often that give all the pop errors after disconnected HouseCall Pro. I would recommend either use apart from HouseCall Pro or keep it synced.

        ease of use, nice app compared to our previous GPS service, integrates to HouseCall Pro
        Cons:
        We disconnected sync to HouseCall Pro and now the website interface does crazy with errors when I'm on that page. Support seemed dismissive when I tried to bring up the problem.

        Pricing was antiquated and the interface was lacking, especially on the app

        You need this to monitor your drivers!!! fired three technicians one day with the data collected!

        I like the ideas at tracking everybody, but when I got more in-depth with the software, realizing total abuse was happening having the data was easy to sit down with the technician to explain why we were upset

        I went ahead and signed up with the gps For our growing company we have 4 technicians the first year we signed up we end up firing three technicians in one day due to their driving, excessive ridiculousness. You don’t want to be the micromanager, but when it comes down to numbers this is what you need to track to make sure everybody’s doing their part.
        Cons:
        No complaints yet really easy, friendly software customer service really really awesome worked with [sensitive content hidden] and he really seem to care!
