- Servicem8 has some great features like online booking, text message reminders, managing jobs with staff, etc.
- ServiceM8 as a CRM is great. But I really do not appreciate a company that doesn't look out for their customers and doesn't use fair and normal business practices to solve problems.
- We use it daily to manage our service routes, create and send invoices, generate quotes, and keep our business organized in one streamlined system.
- Minor issues with the billing, I would like to be able to invoice right from any work order and be able to have the system know if the client is auto pay available or not.
