- Dropbox Business is great for storing files for collaboration by teams and its data recovery features ranging from 30 days to 1 year depending on the package purchased is very beneficial.
- Its free storage space is very limited, even if I find it really effective for file sharing I think the 2 GB it offers doesn’t let me store large files without a subscription.
- Customer Service is amazing, they worked with me and my branding as a single user!
- Enough of that. While the service might be good technically (or not, actually, we cannot tell as there are no 3rd party assessments available), this level of incapable and/or unwilling customer service is totally unacceptable.
