Elite EXTRA vs GSMtasks: Which is best for you?

The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.

Real-time updates allow me to monitor progress instantly, and the clean, customizable interface is a plus for adapting to our workflow.

Advanced customization is not as clear or easy to implement.
