- The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.
- One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.
- The software allows you to custom name each device and or vehicle in the platform which makes it easier to identify each tracking unit.
- The interface can be a little laggy/buggy sometimes - often fixed by reloading the page, but sometimes icons won't display on the correct spot on the map, video stream previews are inaccurate.
