Elite EXTRA vs Routific: Which is best for you?

The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.

We often get last moment additions and having the customer profiles ready and available at the drop of a hat improves efficiency, saving a lot of time from not having to enter all the data over and over again.

The messaging system could not be updated on our end, but we had to tell their team what we wanted on our text messaging.
