Hauler Hero 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Hauler Hero has been life changing, truthfully. My scheduling gets done in minutes, not hours. My billing gets out the door, in most cases, the same day. The payments come in faster than ever before. I will say I don't have experience with any other hauling or dispatch software but I did my homework before we decided upon Hauler Hero, and I had other companies flat out tell me they wouldn't be able to provide us with the tools we were looking for or I had other company's trying to convince us their software was what we needed. Hauler Hero simply showed us how they operated and right from the start I knew it was what our company needed. Hauler Hero just gets it. And the part I love the most is that they are always working to improve and tailor it to their customer's needs. And if I ever need help? I can get my own personal customer success expert through phone or email almost instantly. Hauler Hero's customer service and support is unlike anything I have seen. You are never left alone or with your question unanswered. I could literally go on and on about Hauler Hero forever. They will always have my vote!

As a business owner, I strongly encourage other companies to think carefully before signing with Hauler Hero. Upon the sale of our company, they chose to enforce the remainder of our annual contract, even though our business is being completely sold and we will no longer be using their services. While I understand honoring contracts, it’s disappointing that Hauler Hero would take advantage of a transition period instead of working with their long-term client in good faith. Enforcing six months of service we will never use is not only poor customer care — it’s a reflection of priorities that value policy over partnership. To other garbage or service companies considering Hauler Hero: be aware that if you sell or restructure your business, Hauler Hero will still hold you financially responsible for the remaining contract, regardless of circumstances. I hope this review encourages Hauler Hero to reflect on their practices and reconsider how they treat businesses that trusted them in the first place.

We are one of the first HH customers. At it's inception, we pressured them to launch our company probably a little sooner than they would have liked, but they made it happen. We had a few bumps in the beginning, but they quickly addressed and resolved every issue. So much so that the [sensitive content hidden] was overseas for a wedding and helped us get a route issue resolved in the middle of the night to ensure we had smooth operations. They have continued to improve the software and increase efficiency within our business with every improvement. The customer service our company provides is the best in the region largely due to our software. We don't miss stops, photos at stops without cans, reliable payment portal, and tablet control is a large factor that sets us apart from our competition. We attended the waste expo in Las Vegas and ran our business the entire week with our tablet. Our customers had no idea we were out of town. We had zero issues, collected payments, addressed service issues, and sent information to our trucks all from our Microsoft Surface Pro. We have very high expectations and demand excellence from our employees and vendors. Over the last 19 months Hauler Hero has become the premier Waste Hauler software.
