- Economical, good tracking and ELD system, solid customer service, integrates well with our TMS software, dash cams, etc.
- Constatnt issues with cameras going on/off line, not recording, taking a lot of time to load, flipping vehicles/cameras, unable to reach cameras, poor customer service.
- It was easy to sue once i got the hang of it, and I liked that it was flexible and whether I was speaking to a stranded customer, a towtruck driver, or an insurance/roadside assistance company, the program had all the tools I needed to navigate for drivers, give customers eta's and find available drivers for companies setting up assiatkce for their customers.
- I do not blame towbook alone however for the issues as some were caused by internet connectivity, but still it was frustrating and counter productive
