OptimoRoute vs Routific: Which is best for you?

LOVE the tracking and location on it, as I am the owner of a snow clearing company and we use it to show customers who are away that their property is being cleared.

The route optimization between neighboring locations is not very accurate, which creates extra work on my end. When I’m managing dense delivery routes with many stops close together, the system often sequences them out of order or sends drivers back and forth across the same areas.

We often get last moment additions and having the customer profiles ready and available at the drop of a hat improves efficiency, saving a lot of time from not having to enter all the data over and over again.

The messaging system could not be updated on our end, but we had to tell their team what we wanted on our text messaging.
