The platform is easy to use, clients like it for booking classes and viewing timetable.

Cons:

The clients terms and conditions aren't visible when they purchase a membership, only when they go to book a class.

LegitFit - its Product and Service are exceptional

We like the people (warm and friendly), the process (ease of learning and good lines of communication) and the product (it does what it says).

Pros:

The ease of navigation and learning process is so good. Overall, it is good value for money. The Client Support and Respect is outstanding in responsiveness and integrity. I never think twice about reaching out to the Support Team.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Now, there's a thing in itself. If I was pushed I would say an alert of an upgrade and when it will land on the site.

Not overly happy

Overall it is easy to use and I have found it has taken pressure off me in regards to booking. However between stripe charges and legit payment it is expensive. I would love if I could send group messages too

It is very easy to use for me and for clients.

Cons:

Everytime you make a change through you phone you have to close it down and tap into it again. Also my clients have been having payment issues.

Great member management system

Signing up with Legitfit and getting my account set up was very straightforward, with help and support from the team along the way including [sensitive content hidden]. I find the system easy to use and I can make adjustments quickly from wherever I am.

Pros:

Legitfit is easy to use and has all the features I was looking for in a member management system. They are always adding updates and improving their services. Being able to update the timetable or even sign members up through the mobile app makes the process so simple.

Cons:

I think the packages section could be simpler on the member side, especially when there are a lot of membership options.

Legitfit gets a thumbs up from me.

I would recommend this system to anyone who needed a simple booking system to run classes or a clinic. My clients on the whole have really liked the system, and have found it easy to use, they particularly enjoy the reminders, the ease of which they can book for numerous classes or events, and booking more than one class at a time.

Pros:

I found the legit fit programme very straightforward to use, i am a massive technophobe but the system works really well for what i need, which is running classes and a private client therapy clinic. The team are very responsive especially my contact [sensitive content hidden] who has been super helpful throughout the process when i have needed any help to navigate the changes as my business expands. I also liked that i could custom the system to my needs. The team helped me very patiently from the outset. Moving from Mindbody which i had used for a long time was a huge decision, but not one i have regretted it is so much more intuitive and user friendly. Also being based in Europe it is easier to get a hold of someone should you have an issue.

Cons:

The number cap on the number of members that can be serviced, meaning the cost increases with the number of clients you have on your system.

Reasons for choosing LegitFit

I can't remember what products i looked at but i did check several, i felt legitfit had the various elements i needed. Including flexibility, good customer service, clients could make multiple bookings and manage their accounts themselves with little support from me.

Reasons for switching to LegitFit

It was very expensive, clunky and the customer service was challenging, as they are not running on UK time, and also had to wait a while for responses.

Good support help

Overall its been good. The guys have been very responsive when I need something done and its really helped expand my business which has been amazing.

Pros:

I love how fast the support team answer my calls and help me out. Particularly if I have a big task at hand they are great to help.

Cons:

I would like to have a bit more freedom example if im changing class numbers id like to be able to do it at click of one button across the board. Also the packages clients buy id love if they pulled clients classes from the older package rather then the newer one it would make a lot more sense.

It was very user friendly and for the most part clients were able to use it easily enough, even those that are less tech savvy

Cons:

I didn't like how much the price increased based on how many people were connected with you. Sometimes people connected just to see the timetable or pricing and were effectively taking up a space.

Makes Life Very Handy as a Gym Owner

Payments are seamless. Creates a hub for monitoring clients that make running the business much easier. Eliminates headaches that would exist without it.

- Ability to track attendance, monthly recurring revenue, monitor clients. - The system is very user friendly for clients too

Cons:

- Content with all I use it for. On occasion a feature may not by available but the guys are very reactive to this and I've seen features brought about later down the line.

LegitFit Customer Service

We started with LegitFit in their infancy and since then they have managed to grow and evolve at a really fast rate but still keep their customer service very high.

Great service

Support team have been great to deal with. Steeper learning curve than I anticipated, attributed to in part by some bespoke requirements, but steeper compared to some other systems I have used.
