About Data Graphs

Data Graphs is a cloud-based data management platform (DMP) that helps businesses organize enterprise data and create structured knowledge graphs. Supervisors can organize concepts into multiple datasets, link them using semantically aware relationships and create property schemas with various data types including booleans, integers, decimals, strings, keywords and more.

Data Graphs allows organizations to identify/merge similar data concepts, import information in CSV or TSV format and export datasets according to requirements. Managers can maintain an audit trail of data editing operations and create subclasses of datasets to streamline querying processes. Additionally, the search and discover feature offers various functionalities including autocomplete, disambiguation and metadata filtering.

Data Graphs provides an API, which enables businesses to integrate the platform with various third-party applications. Pricing is available on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, live chat, email and other online measures.

    Pros:
    We found integrating Data Graphs for the thesaurus functionality of our Museum and Archives platform easy to do and intuitive, with great support from the team.
    Cons:
    Ideally to silo customers vocabularies into different project spaces but this is a new feature that has now been implemented by DataGraphs to enable SKOS models etc.

    Seems expertly engineered and made quick progress to link data using the simple API. Team were helpful in the 14 day free trial period to ask / answer questions on the implementation. A knowledge graph solution that works 'out-of-the-box' that can also scale with ease.

    Pros:
    Easy integration and intuitive set up, with a straightforward data loading/importing process. Great as a foundational knowledge graph tool. Search functionality includes faceted, geospatial and federated search. The range filtering is also useful. There are a number of great features including transitive class inference (UI is inference aware) and query syntax. Data is all encrypted, end-to-end. A cloud-hosted SaaS product with pricing for basic, pro and enterprise levels.
    Cons:
    Not likely to be used in organisations already investing in their own graph database systems. Data Graphs likely to save cost and time in terms of setting up initial stages of graph database.
