RemotePC vs Splashtop: Which is best for you?

You will get what you pay for. If you need a simple inexpensive software to jump on a computer from time to time, then it will work. If you want longevity and be able to act like you are right at your desk, then there is way better options that are not much more money.

On some remote computers with dual monitors, I've had occasional display issues. While I can still view both screens individually, the presentation isn't always seamless on dual screens.

It is very responsive and has many key features such as file transfer, one click paste and ability to switch between multiple user screen.

It's CPU intensive on both the client and technician device (so far the worse we've seen, higher than GoToAssist that is/was Java based). Since their latest update 3.8.0.1 it has gotten worse.
