LogMeIn Rescue vs Slack: Which is best for you?

There wasn't much not to like about LogMeIn Rescue. If there was anything, it was that the price was just a bit higher than I would have liked as we operated a very small Help Desk.

It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.

I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.
