About AdaCare

AdaCare is a cloud-based home care scheduling system. Features include smart scheduling, marketing, client & staff management, EVV clock in & out by telephone or GPS, digital signatures, billing and payroll tools, care plans & ADLs, a staff portal, and unlimited customer training & support.

AdaCare’s scheduling considers skills, geographic zones, and the client’s home environment to suggest the best available caregivers. AdaCare keeps track of staff records in one place with names, addresses, telephone numbers, email, CEUs, and work history. AdaCare tracks skills and checklists for new employees, and alerts managers before staff licenses expire.

Each day, schedules are sent to caregivers and nurses for the following day. Managers are notified by text message if staff are late clocking in for any visit.

AdaCare’s nursing features track allergies, diet restrictions, medical conditions, and physicians. Each care plan documents goals for care, ADL assessments, and tasks caregivers provide for their clients.

Users can access AdaCare from any PC, Mac, iPad, or smartphone with an Internet connection.

AMAZING SERVICE

My experience with AdaCare has been amazing for the past 10+ years & I would highly recommend this software system to anyone looing for a homecare software system for their business

Pros:

I have been using Adacare for over 10 years now & I love everything the software system has to offer for my Personal Care Agency, from scheduling, Billing, & Reporting...it's my me & my staff work load easy when scheduling clients for my agency. The helpdesk is amazing as well...everytime we contact them for help with something...they resolve our issues & address any concerns we may have. I would highly recommend this software system to all homecare agencies.

Cons:

The only con I would say is that the software does not have an app for mobile EVV when caregivers are servicing clients...other than that I have nothing else

Print Payroll Hours Report complain

The functionality and the ease of use are the best things.

Cons:

We use a lot the Staff>>Print>>Print Staff Payroll Hours Report to download it in Excel, as we have to annalyse that data in a very complex manner for our payroll, we have very different services and therefore the staff get paid in a very different manner. I explained to the support service team my issue, and I was not given a solution at all, but I was given certain times where it was more likely to get the report dowloaded without getting the "505 error time something". It would be very kind of you if you try and solve this situation as in the past we were able to dowload the data with no problems, we normally run the data from 21st of each month up to the 20th of the following month, and for all active employees (including pending visits). Many thanks in advance.

Making my life easier

The support that I have received from Adacare is phenomenal. I get a call back within minutes and sometimes that is critical

I love the ease and being able to see where my caregivers are. When I have a call off, I can see who is available without having to go through every schedule to see who is not scheduled.

Cons:

We are a care management firm and are trying to adapt to Adacare, I would like to see more options for my care managers

Very satisfied customer

I have had a very good experience with Adacare. If I have any ?’s customer service has been great , but in 4 yes. I’ve only had to call 1-2 times. It’s very easy to navigate through.

I have not found any down falls to the program for me. It has provided everything I need.

Overall, AdaCare has been an asset to helping our business run smoothly every day. Everyone is able to view their schedules online at no strain or expense to them. They all know exactly where they need to be and there is no questions or concerns regarding their schedules.

This software makes scheduling simple and accurate. Our staff has no problem using this software at all. The reminder alerts the night before are fantastic!

Cons:

Everything has been great so far! Our staff enjoys having access to their schedule on their mobile devices or computer at home.

Reasons for choosing AdaCare

The price was affordable. Clear Care's price was not acceptable. Our business did not also want to get charged extra for having a certain amount of clients.

eRSP was harder to grasp. Too many steps to get something done.

Adacare provides a small company like ours with an affordable, easy to use option for scheduling and communicating schedules with clients and employees. The customer support is top notch! They are extremely knowledgeable and open to suggestions on how to make the program even better.

Cons:

The email function of the software is not user friendly and has few options for usage.

As a small company who had never used a product like this before, so we were looking for a reasonable priced option which would allow us to expand as our company would grow.
