    Product is easy to use! The features all tie in with our daily operations in servicing our clients and scheduling our caregivers for their shifts.     The Best Home Care/Home Health Software Available!

    The onboarding experience has been phenomenal. They move quickly on helping you get up and running. Their support department is quick to answer questions usually in less than an hour if you are emailing, and it's not emergent. They have a support person that meets with you via zoom to guide you through the various training steps, and answers my questions you may have. I have worked with other software in the past and eRSP is by far the best, from functionality, customization, features, and platform.

    What I liked most about the eRSP software is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. The software streamlines various aspects of home care management, making it easy to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and track caregiver activities. The intuitive design ensures that even those who are not tech-savvy can navigate the system with ease. Additionally, the software's ability to generate detailed reports and provide real-time updates enhances communication and coordination among caregivers, leading to improved patient care.
    Cons:
    I would like to see more integrations for employee trainings; However, the overall functionality and ease of use outweighs this minor drawback.

    I could never get ahold of thier support dept. It seemed like the same 1 person did the software, billing, support, and everything else. It would take days to hear back from them. Their chat feature never worked. I was charged monthly to have 1 of their staff on my "admin" list, for support reasons, in case they needed to help me with any issues.

    Our experience has been mostly good, we have been using it for about 9 years now so we are used to it though. The cyber security attack last year was frightening to say the least and an extremely severe inconvenience. As a result, we almost went with another provider, and may still do so because of the lack of some functionality listed above.

    We like the clear uncluttered layout of the interface.
    Cons:
    Lack of some useful functionality, such as being able to view all regions simultaneously, or expanding the entire weekly schedule of customers to view all tasks at once instead of just one customer schedule at a time. The client family connect portal needs more robust reporting capabilities, such as pulling an entire month or more of visit notes instead of one visit at a time. Customers have expressed frustration with this forcing me to continue downloading a month of visit notes and then sending them to customers.

    I appreciate that there are continuous updating and improvements, making the app and website increasingly intuitive.
    Cons:
    The user interface is somewhat bland, but as it is evolving it is getting to be a slicker and smoother experience. Also, the form builder is somewhat limited and there is a charge to make custom forms not available on the form builder.

    The good and not so good of eRSP

    We have used other software prior to eRSP and looked at other software while we were using eRSP but we have not found anything that does the job as well as eRSP for cost.

    1. Scheduling is easy. 2. You can send texts and emails directly from the system. 3. Creating a new client plan is easy. 4. Calander and visit List is easy toest up, change and view. 5. It is easy to set up activities related to the care plan. 6. Custmer support is very good.
    Cons:
    1. can not do every other wekend scheduling in the Plan. 2. Can not set up different activites for differnt shifts. 3. Text and email responses are not seperated from the initial email or text.

    Reasons for switching to eRSP

    We were looking for a better scheduling system and a phone app that worked.

    Cons:
    The inefficiency. We never know from one day to the next if it will be working or not. The app is always unpredictable.

    eRSP is what we have used since 2019. Within the past two years, our satisfaction with the product has decreased and we have considered alternative systems.

    Ease and navigation of each area, Absolutely LOVE Global Features too!!!
    Cons:
    One issue was if someone was made inactive but still logged on to the app; the Caregiver could still clock in and or still be in the visit. I wished there were a hard stop for that.
