Maintaining database is great when it works correctly! If one person is not following SOP it makes it a nightmare.

In both instances I went from a platform that was not amazing but was quite usable, to a platform that forced me to do every part of my job twice, and did nothing to help me along the way.

I like the way that it set up with different tabs for each patient instead of having everything under one tab and having to scroll down to find something.

The nurses are not able to view previously entered reports trend like weight and Vital signs on Edocs without having to open a new comprehensive visit note
