inReception is a property management solution, which enables accommodation facilities such as hotels, villas, farmhouses and more to streamline processes related to reservations, rate plans, pricing and bookings. Administrators can download reports in PDF and spreadsheet formats and send newsletters or campaigns to clients.

Using inReception, hotels can handle guests' check-in/out processes and create packages, rate plans or offers. Property owners can add booking engines to Facebook pages or websites and view reservations on a calendar. Additionally, facility managers can gain insights into finance, sales and other business activities through reports.

inReception allows supervisors to update availability statuses and prices across various sales channels in real-time. The product is available for free or on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, email and phone.

Recently, we experienced an exceptional demonstration of their proactive support: [sensitive content hidden] from the commercial team reached out proactively to help us optimize our system configuration and prevent potential issues. This level of customer care goes well beyond the standard expectations from a software provider. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the team demonstrates technical expertise and proactivity that make a real difference in our property's daily management. Highly recommended.

Cons:

While the platform is comprehensive and feature-rich, the reporting functionalities, although complete and sufficient for our needs, could be enhanced with more advanced analytics and customization options. The initial setup was actually very straightforward and user-friendly

For a small hotel

Good overall would be 5 Star review if booking engine was easy for customers to use. As is customers go straight back to the evil empire of booking.com.

A lot of is great and works well and is a great help for a small hotel.

Cons:

Major minus point is that thebooking engine tuens customers away. I have tried to get a response from the support on this many times but no answer. No app.It is not practical to use on telephone.

L'estrema fluidità, velocità di utilizzo e intuitività. Non ho mai avuto nessun problema. Ha sempre funzionato tutto perfettamente. Tra i vantaggi includo assolutamente anche l'assistenza. Per ogni minimo dubbio o necessità che ho avuto, l'azienda mi ha aiutato prontamente, e al telefono rispondono immediatamente.

Cons:

Per il mio tipo di struttura, farebbe comodo un paio di modifiche per mia semplicità di uso quotidiano. Ma mi rendo conto che queste mie necessità sono puramente personali.

L’esperienza con InReception è senza dubbio molto positiva. Tra i vantaggi più immediati la gestione multicanale, le schedine per la PS, il calendario con le infine possibilità di inserire restrizioni o altro ancora.

InReception è davvero un ottimo channel manager e probabilmente molto di più. La ricchezza di funzionalità ne fanno un prodotto davvero completo, dalle funzioni più banali legate alla gestione del calendario fino a quelle di gestione amministrativa della struttura.

Alcune funzioni di uso non propriamente intuitivo

GREAT EXPERIENCE - LOW COST

I've been using InReception for a few years now as a channel manager, booking engine, and automated messaging management system, as well as guest check-in and ISTAT communications for my four short-term rental properties.

Pros:

Ease of use, user-friendly interface, always available, capable, and effective after-sales customer care, without bots or phone lines that keep you on hold for hours. All this for a fee I've truly never found anywhere else.

Cons:

Probably the fact that it is not optimized for mobile and does not have tutorials/manuals explaining the various features. It's not integrated with Whatsapp Business.

InReception l'ho trovato e lo trovo ottimo piano gestionale per piccole strutture ricettive come è la mia. Ormai sono già 5 anni che collaboro con loro.

Cons:

per il momento non ho nulla da ridire, ottima collaborazione e spero di continuare a collaborare ancora.
