About inReception

inReception is a property management solution, which enables accommodation facilities such as hotels, villas, farmhouses and more to streamline processes related to reservations, rate plans, pricing and bookings. Administrators can download reports in PDF and spreadsheet formats and send newsletters or campaigns to clients.

Using inReception, hotels can handle guests' check-in/out processes and create packages, rate plans or offers. Property owners can add booking engines to Facebook pages or websites and view reservations on a calendar. Additionally, facility managers can gain insights into finance, sales and other business activities through reports.

inReception allows supervisors to update availability statuses and prices across various sales channels in real-time. The product is available for free or on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, email and phone.

    Good overall would be 5 Star review if booking engine was easy for customers to use. As is customers go straight back to the evil empire of booking.com.

    A lot of is great and works well and is a great help for a small hotel.
    Cons:
    Major minus point is that thebooking engine tuens customers away. I have tried to get a response from the support on this many times but no answer. No app.It is not practical to use on telephone.

    I've been using InReception for a few years now as a channel manager, booking engine, and automated messaging management system, as well as guest check-in and ISTAT communications for my four short-term rental properties.

    Ease of use, user-friendly interface, always available, capable, and effective after-sales customer care, without bots or phone lines that keep you on hold for hours. All this for a fee I've truly never found anywhere else.
    Cons:
    Probably the fact that it is not optimized for mobile and does not have tutorials/manuals explaining the various features. It's not integrated with Whatsapp Business.
