very bad process to create and charge a manual reservation

I've been trying to charge a virtual booking card for weeks, I understand that for security reasons they have to do several checks, but they end up telling you that you have to hire another plan paying more money, it seems like a huge robbery. They charged me 5% for the transaction and another 4 euros for a "manual validation" and I still don't see my money

Prático e intuitivo

No geral funciona bem para o nosso dia a dia de gestão de reservas e preços, registos e suporte.Mas como disse as funcionalidades em falta disponíveis em Booking são uma falha importante a nosso ver.

Pros:

O software é de fácil utilização. Mantém uma boa sincronização entre os diferentes canais de reservas. Gosto da possibilidade de poder fazer o registo de hóspedes online e enviar para o SEF. Facilidade em criar e modificar reservas, criar tarifas e consultar movimentos.- A equipa de suporte é muito gentil e competente, nomeadamente a Adriana, o meu contacto mais frequente.

Cons:

Na minha opinião faltam alguns recursos tais como:- Funcionalidades importantes na Booking que não estão disponíveis na sincronização com a Avaibook:"NO DEPARTURES" E "NO ARRIVALS": funcionalidade que permite aos hóspedes pernoitar no alojamento mas não entrar ou sair em determinado dia. Não nos é possível configurar esta funcionalidade nem em Booking ao estar bloqueado nem em Avaibook.Seria importante poder aceder às restantes restrições que é possível fazer em Booking.com mas esta é a mais importante para nós.- Numa urgência, não é possível ter resposta imediata da equipa de suporte

They need to improve a lot

It is a very simple channel managament that has a very big room for improvement.Their customer service is quite good but they set us a very expensive price that was not worth it.

They have an integrated POS, that it is very good so you can charge the guests automatically and they have some interesting channels.

Cons:

They are very expensive, they do not offer a full commission plan.When you have a very big amount of listings you need to enable them one by one in all channels in all listings and set up the configuration for each single one of them, it is a very heavy work that could be done in 2 minutes.They missmatched the location of our properties 3 times, so we got a Booking for a listing that was sited in America, when we are in Spain. We needed to change it and it was a nightmare to refund the guest.Their API is very simple, and does not allow channel management.They only have Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo and HomeToGo. They did not have Holidu, Likibu, VacationRenter, TravelStaytion... and in exchange they had lots of unpopular channels.

La funcionalidad y escalabilidad, están a medio camino aún tiene mucho potencial y es una herramienta eficiente y con una implementación del channel manager fenomenal. Te hace la vida más fácil.

Cons:

Algunas quizás, pero ya se las he comunicado al equipo de soporte directamente que para eso tienen una excelente calidad de servicio.

Lee antes de pagar. Evita sorpresas.

Mi consejos son: 1. Analiza bien los servicios que ofrece y compara con la competencia, verás que Avaibook es el más barato per también el que peores opiniones tiene, por lo tanto, lo más probable es que sea bastante poco útil a fin de cuentas. 2. Nunca pagues suscripción anual ni pagues con tarjeta, de este modo nunca podrás recuperar tu dinero. 3. Graba todas las llamadas y reuniones que tengas preguntando dudas y consultas, para que después las respuestas si sean vinculantes, de otra forma nunca podrás demostrar las artimañas de captación. 4. No aceptes un vale para poner una opinión positiva, haz valer la honestidad y profesionalidad de tú opinión.

Una Promesa del paraiso para caer en un infierno.

Ha sido una experiencia difícil, decepcionante, deficitaria, frustrante e ilustradora.

Gestión de contenido, tarifas, y el calendario de reservas para todos los canales, y el checking.

Cons:

La implementación esta muy mal tutorizada, es muy escueta y autónoma. Las consultas de atención del servicio son vía chat falta conectividad del servicio de atención al cliente y soporte 20/7. La atención telefónica desaparece cuando lo han vendido. Módulos como el market Data son una quimera, si gestiono el precio según el análisis inteligente del mercado no vendo una cama o la vendo a precios con perdidas del 30%. No se han obtenido resultados relevantes vs anteriores ejercicios, por lo que el coste no esta justificado. supone un incremento de costes según el volumen de facturación a tener muy en cuenta. Estos datos han sido contrastados con las ventas directas por nuestros propios medios 90%, y comparadas con ventas de anteriores ejercicios 20 Años de experiencia. Gestión y dirección de Hoteles con dirección de dos pequeños hoteles. y un lote de apartamentos y casas rurales de diferentes categorías VT y VUT en la comunidad Gallega.

Para gestionar 5 propiedades VUT Y VT, me permitía adquirirlo subvencionado por 12 meses abaratando notablemente la implementación y prueba. Aparentemente ofrece todo lo que uno puede desear, sin embargo, no se obtienen los resultados esperados e incluso en el periodo de implementación ocasiona importantes trastornos y perjuicios. Cuando uno sopesa coste _servicio y resultados sale desproporcionado.

Optimizar tiempos y hacer más fácil la gestión de mis establecimientos, emancipación de las Otas y Buscadores, mejora del canal propio, adquirir motor de reservas, mejorar y simplificar la actualización de datos de los distintos establecimientos en todos los canales.

Nessun vantaggio perchè l'utilizzo è stato interrotto. Ho bruciato 60 € e non rispondono alla mia richiesta di rimborso.

Cons:

Questa azienda ha la stessa integrità del gatto e la volpe di Pinocchio. Indubbiamente mi sono fidata e vi consiglio di non farlo. Ho acquistato il servizio Giovedì 8 febbraio, Lunedì 12 Febbraio inizio onboarding con il reparto tecnico ed a quel punto si è compreso che le funzioni non ricoprivano le mie aspettative. Quindi non si completa onboarding e si interrompe l'utilizzo del software. Ciò dovrebbe comportare che le condizioni contrattuali non subentrano (come indicato nel contratto) e che io debba avere diritto al rimborso ma nulla. Né rispondono, né ho il servizio. Non so come finirà questa vicenda, sto cercando di riprendermi i miei soldi portando a casa questa lezione che condivido per altri.

No es oro todo lo que reluce!

La atención del personal de Avaibook es inmejorable, a día de hoy es el único motivo que me lleva a estar aún en vuestra plataforma. El año pasado implementasteis varias mejoras de aspecto y esperaba que los gadgets, interface o incluso mensajes automáticos en las reservas a través del motor de reserva, cambiaran a mejor, pero no lo ha hecho y por ello estoy otra vez, literalmente desinflado, con vuestro producto.

A nivel precios y calendarios bien, se puede manejar fácilmente desde una interface poco atractiva y muy poco operativa pero se puede manejar.

Cons:

Los textos no son adaptables a cada plataforma, por lo que no se puede optimizar al máximo cada anuncio, la interface de equipamiento deja mucho que desear, igual que los gadgets de comentarios de los clientes, el calendario entre otros gadgets.

Por su relación con Idealista, ya que la mejor plataforma de alquiler hace ya unos cuantos años era Rentalia, del mismo grupo, pero al entrar y ver la obsolescencia de la plataforma me quede impactado y tras varias conversaciones con [contenido confidencial oculto], un verdadero comercial, hizo que me autoconvenciera que era una buena opción probar de nuevo. Pero no es lo mismo el quipo de atención al cliente, que el equipo de desarrollo de software, ya que éste último no evoluciona tan rápido y aún hay muchos puntos débiles para clientes como yo!

Nella fase di acquisto riceverai molto attenzione e assistenza, ottimo on boarding, pero dopo scarsissima assistenza.

Cons:

Il customer care è scarso, non hanno un recapito telefonico e l'unico modo per contattarli è attraverso messaggi con un tempo di attesa di circa un giorno. Se hai un'urgenza, dovrai comunque aspettare e sperare di ricevere una risposta chiara e precisa, cosa che non capita spesso. Nel nostro secondo mese con Avaibook abbiamo avuto un overbooking tra due prenotazioni arrivate quasi simultaneamente. Di tasca mia ho dovuto pagare 70 euro ad Airbnb, per fortuna era una prenotazione di pochi giorni, come multa per aver dovuto cancellare una prenotazione a causa dell'overbooking, e ho perso la possibilità di diventare Super Host a luglio. Avaibook non si è assunto la responsabilità dell'overbooking, giustificandosi con il fatto che il sistema non ha avuto tempo di aggiornarsi. Tuttavia, nel contratto non c'è una clausola che esonera Avaibook dalla responsabilità per un overbooking dovuto alla mancanza di aggiornamento del sistema. L'overbooking non è stato causato da me: pago un channel manager proprio per evitarlo, ma gli oneri li ho dovuti sostenere io. Deludente, mi pento di non aver letto le recensioni prima di averlo acquistato. Dopo questo prima anno non rinnoverò l'abbonamento in quanto ho già trovato un altro gestionale che offre supporto al momento via telefono.

Be aware of this company

Very agressive methode of blocking your account. My credit card was stolen and a small fee of 13 euro wasn´t charged, they BLOCKED my account for days, PRESSING to pay inmediatly. They had several thousand of euros on hold from PAID reservations. I claimed acces to the information of MY clients, they denied! Once I published a negative revieuw they CANCELLED al my bookings. Lost a lot of money.

Nice trial periode, all seems marvelous! But don´t get too excited...

Cons:

Lots of failure of sync with HOMEAWAY. Not usefull for VRBO. Problems with TXT on AIRBNB adverbs. Calenders does not sync. They collect your BOOKING payments with a 4% extra CHARGE, even you have set BOOKING payments to your account directly. If you complain, they cancell your account, and of course NO MONEY BACK!
