We've been working with Amenitiz for almost 3 years now and the support is just great. Everytime you have a question, you get an answer in the next few minutes. Whether it is their AI, the chat or a call. The everyday use of the extranet is really easy and time-saving. I can only recommend it.
Cons:
The phone application could be more intuitive but I use it everyday and it does the job. .......................

The service team is fast and very professional. They are kind and helpful. The website created is perfect. I get good feedback. Everything is simple and selfexplaining. Always eager to improve the spirit from Amenitiz and mine are a goor match.
Cons:
Sometimes I find it difficult to find what I‘m looking for. But under the help section are many explaining videos and help.

I am very happy with Amenitiz and highly recommend their platform. I spent a lot of time comparing all of the channel manager and booking engine sites before deciding on Amenitiz. I am a new bed and breakfast and they have helped with everything. We created a great website together and the customer service has been excellent. Being new to the business I have had several questions and things I was unsure of, but they have responded quickly to and handled perfectly all of my requests

Shocking and complete waste of time and money and caused me weeks of stress and now more money has had be paid out.

They friendly, helpful and first especially the sales bit and applications looked easy to use and affordable.
Cons:
The first problem I came to no one has helped resolve the issue. It has been weeks and I still cannot link the invoicing. I have messaged daily. And they either promise and don't deliver and now I just don't get any response. So I have to invest other software and start a whole new. Set up. This is not a company that cares. They just take your money then leave you stranded and try ruin business as their is zero support. I am now wondering if it is scam.

In the very beginning (1 year ago) it was hard to get to the call center but they improved 200% and now it is very easy and fast to get in contact and to get the support.
