  • Over 50 reports that most cannot date range, give accurate information, and they display as double ledger instead of line items making it infuriating even for accountants.

  • All in one place - we use various features/addons from advanvced analytics to dynamic pricing and most recently the guesty shield program, which works effectively and gives us a piece of mind with each booking.
  • Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.
