Guesty Lite vs Hostfully Guidebooks: Which is best for you?

Guesty for Hosts powerful all in one tool makes things simple for managing guest messages, income reports, and more.

It often doesn't load, it doesn't tie my listings into the right place sometimes, notifications to the cleaners don't go out more than they do go out, the support is atrocious takes week and sometimes months to get back to you (3 months is my record for a reply)

I like the visual format of the guidebook and how the information is presented to the end user.

Sometimes some features are a little hard to navigate or figure out where they are/how to change the information.
