Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.

For professional use it's an acceptable solution, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of user experience and modern interface design.

The dashboard can be confusing for new users and the learning curve is steeper than you would expect from a modern SaaS solution.
