    The interface could use a little refreshing, it's clunky at times. But generally very comprehensive and impressive as an umbrella, all-inclusive service.

    The customer service ([sensitive content hidden]) is the best! Always patient and educational. The issue I was having wasn't even a Hostaway problem, it was a browser issue - nevertheless he was very patient in trouble shooting what I thought was a complete disaster. But he saved the day, like steering a ship out of a storm into a safe harbor. Making it all right again. Whew!
    Cons:
    Though the customer service reps are excellent, it might be an idea to hire more - so that the wait times aren't as lengthy. Having said that, if you can invest the time, I've never had an issue that the reps couldn't handle. (Just need more of them!)

    [sensitive content hidden] helped me figure out the financials section and correct many errors that I had with my listings to make sure to run accurate financial reports.
    Cons:
    It is a little expensive and there have been a few growing pains with the constant upgrading and changing of the software. Financials were a challenge for me as a I am not an accountant/bookkeeper. The email replies to issues are often not helpful or successful. Usually need to schedule or make a phone call or the issue remains unsolved for weeks in waiting for replies, etc..

    I least like the disconnect between Hostaway and the OTAs. When I think something is active and find out it is not.

    Useful but a bit tricky to get started

    Overall my experience with Hostaway was ok. It does help with managing multiple properties and automating some tasks, but it took me a while to get used to the platform. Some things work well, some things are a bit confusing or slow, so I would say its useful but not perfect.

    What I liked most about Hostaway is that it puts a lot of tools in one place. Managing listings, calenders, and messages across different booking platforms is convenient, and the automation features help reduce some of the manual work. The dashboard is pretty robust and once it’s set up it can save time, especially if you are managing more than one property.
    Cons:
    What I liked least about Hostaway is that it can be a bit confusing to set up at first, the interface sometimes feels clunky and not very intuitive. Also some of the features dont always work like I expected, and customer support can be slow to respond at times.
