First Class. We were unsure at the outset as this was new territory for us as Petrock Holiday Cottages. But from the first meeting to discuss the new website design to the implementation and ongoing support all been excellent. All of our questions have been addressed however small and we definitely feel that Hotel Link are there for us. The website and software are now bedded in and we are very happy with the way things are set up. It’s been a very good experience all round with attentive and professional Hotel Link representatives.
