The PMS includes a channel manager that lets users manage multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, metasearch engines, GDS/IDS portals, wholesalers, direct reservations, and more.
Octorate helps hotels increase reservations and optimize advertising investments. It also suits properties of all sizes and types, from small apartments to large hotels. The platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for its revenue management system and predictive business intelligence feature.
The PMS offers users a customizable dashboard to monitor property performance, and it also evaluates property rates to assign the rooms. The operating system enables firms to create a hospitality website with Octorate Booking Engine EVO and customize it to fit their needs.

If I didn't need the Italian based features I would never have chosen them and if I could get the same features with a different company I would ditch them in a second. Unfortunately, they have a stereotypical Italian lack of customer service.

Disastrous Experience – No Support, Broken Promises, and Terrible service.

I’ve been a customer of Octorate for years, and I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional and damaging process as I have over the past 6+ weeks. If you need anything beyond their basic default setup, look elsewhere. I’m now migrating to a different provider just to stop losing money. This entire experience was frustrating, avoidable, and completely unacceptable.

Unsynchronized channels and Overbookings everyday

My day by day with this PMS was the worst experience ever. I checked my bookings manually every 5h to ensure that overbooking was not happening. Sometimes a room was sold in my booking engine and Booking at the same time. I supposed that synchronisation was slow. After a few weeks I discover that sometime a full room was sold again. A full room! A room that was full weeks ago suddenly was opened again in booking or my website. And the system said availability=0, but it was available to be booked. I had to mark as “maintenance” a room every time it was full, because it was the only way to stop sales.

Because of the price and the customization the salesman promised us. It's 10 times cheaper. They make us an offer for a yearly subscription. Big mistake, 3 month later we was looking for a new PMS.
Reasons for switching to Octorate
Cloudbeds is expensive but works propertly. The only think that I don't recommend in Cloudbeds is the Booking Engine. I need more than 1,000 code lines in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make it the basic to work.

Your statement about the lack of a phone number is not correct; our number can be easily found online.
