It's been really good. I've used lots of HRIS over my career and this is one of the better ones. The continued development has meant that we've been able to stay with them rather than out growing them.

Most suited to the needs of this business. It's the first HRIS they've had so needed to have simple to use but be able to build it as they became more used to it. I was a one person HR dept so I it needed to streamline my work.

Very Poor Product

Overall very poor, would not recommend. We will not be renewing our contract. Lots of compliance issues, system is clunky and it's not presentable. It doesn't look like a finished product.

Something Very Good - Help us get there

It is good and I know there is a lot of shortcomings our side, but that is due to the HR manager, who first introduces PeopleHR left and handover has not been fantastic so we have not kept abreast with really getting to know the system. Seems to be too complicated to "take stock"

Straightforward and user friendly.

I've used PeopleHR in a previous organisation, so when looking for a system it felt like the obvious choice. I wanted something I had full understanding of so that I could support our people for what was a big change for them. PeopleHR has enabled me to have a single source of truth for our employee data, and saves me bags of time each month. No more spreadsheets! We've linked PeopleHR into our payroll software too - Paycircle - which has streamlined processes and increased accuracy. I like the different modules and having a system that we can build upon in time.

A good move!

Overall our experience has been very good. It's been wonderful for logging hours and keeping track of remote employees, and also keeping records safe in one place, eliminating our paper files. We also really like being able to express thanks to each other - this works for those it works for, and those who don't like that kind of thing just don't have to think about it. It's also very helpful when arranging leave, as the company planner is really helpful too.

There have been a few teething issues so far but the team have been trying to work on it to resolve. I think better technical support during the implementation stage could be helpful. We have had many issues with employees not having access to Salary Extras. All team members have been friendly during our journey so far.
