Pros / Cons
  • I am impressed by its ability to connect with other Access products, such as payroll and the Learning Management System (LMS), which greatly simplifies the task of adding employees to different platforms, ensuring they are readily available when needed.
  • Compared to other software options it does offer value for money, however I do not feel we use all of the functions available to optimise use, I wonder if this is down to time setting them up or training required.

  • The system excels at what enterprise HR platforms should do: unify data across finance and HR, automate complex processes, and provide actionable analytics.
  • I our case, customer support was through a third party as we were "not large enough to get support directly" through Workday HCM. That third party used a case system. Though we could assign a level of priority based on our needs, the third party could lessen the priority level causing excessive delays for immediate needs.
