- The system itself is robust in theory but overly complex in practice, making simple tasks take far more time than they should. While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

- The lack of an easy-to-use API plugin (which is what we had with Paychex) is kind of baffling, and I was surprised to find that we as the end-user were tasked with interfacing with the QBO developer portal and assembling a compatible app for the GL import function (e.g. posting payroll journal entries).
