Agendrix is an online workforce management solution that helps businesses build employee work schedules and share plans with the team instantly. Agendrix caters to various industries such as retail, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, retirement homes, hospitality, construction, and tourism / leisure activities.

The platform allows users to build employee schedules with a few clicks and instantly share plans with the team. It lets stakeholders streamline time and attendance tracking with features such as clock-in and clock-out, automated timesheets, and overtime and PTO tracking. Agendrix provides a centralized communication platform for businesses, including professional messaging, news feed, and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Agendrix - The medicine for shift management headaches.

My overall experience with Agendrix have been wonderful. I think it is a really good app for managers as the shift management is the strongest feature. One can create, edit, and publish shifts easily and quickly. And as an employee, we can review and swap shifts easily.

Pros:

I think Security is really crucial when it comes to using Apps and Agendrix provides really strong security. I mainly use Agendrix for scheduling, management, and time tracking. And this app makes it very easy to manage everything. This app has low learning curve as it is fairly easy to use by both employees and managers. The payroll system is also very efficient and it manages everything from working hours to overtime hours. It is a good value for money for me.

Cons:

Agendrix is a very simple app and there is not much to dislike about it. However, sometimes it is hard to customize certain reports.

Agendrix Has Transformed Our Scheduling – A Must-Have Tool

Overall, I am a big fan of Agendrix and would highly recommend it to any organization looking for a reliable, efficient, and well-supported scheduling and workforce management tool. Another major highlight is their support team. They are truly excellent — always available, quick to respond, and extremely helpful in resolving any issues or answering questions. Their professionalism and timely assistance give me complete confidence in the platform.

With Agendrix, we can easily track time, manage and change shifts, keep accurate records of holidays, and generate detailed reports, timesheet — all from one place. This has been especially helpful for us while working remotely, as it makes collaboration and scheduling seamless and stress-free It is definitely value for money .

Cons:

least I liked can say we have to for the addition al feature. Kindly joking . Nothing as such . only thing I would recommend is If we can block a some dates or months for request leave .

Reasons for switching to Agendrix

remote access, better features, secure and I can track and work secluding from anywhere I don't need to be near the device.

I like how I can easily view my colleagues work schedules for the day. Very clear and clean cut look.

Cons:

I hate when my managers make updates and the updates send a million and one notifications and if I add reminders, they are not the most up to date.

Great value for money, helps with time tracking report and it has been a great learning curve for the team

Cons:

I didn't really use the payroll module but the payroll team had complained severally about the payroll module

Agendrix was the best choice to manage global employees

Pros:

Agendrix is the solution to manage shift employees across different time zones. The software has been reliable. We appreciate the fast and helpful tech support.

Cons:

Agendrix's mobile app is not as user intuitive as the website. Printing PDF copies of the calendar and shifts needs refinement. API integration went well, except lunch/break data and certain vital fields are separated into different data tables.

Reasons for switching to Agendrix

Zoho cannot manage multiple time zones (locally) and is too complicated to schedule hours within tasks/assignments

Manage schedules better

I improve the follow-up of the hours worked by having a validation method with specific entry and exit times. and closer communication with those in charge of payroll

With Agendrix I have been able to have my work schedules clearer with specific hours and exits and also validate my arrival and departure times to comply with my work. I really like this platform because I feel more satisfied with my schedules. I can have a correct follow-up of the extra hours worked and thus validate my information with payroll

I feel satisfied and there is nothing that I dislike, it has always been a correct use and operation

How Easy it is to use it , app very intuitive and easy to use !

Cons:

Sometimes there is issue with the repeat schedule system but it is easy to fix. Also sometimes email doesn't sent automatictly but there is a way to do it manually
