  • The lack of an easy-to-use API plugin (which is what we had with Paychex) is kind of baffling, and I was surprised to find that we as the end-user were tasked with interfacing with the QBO developer portal and assembling a compatible app for the GL import function (e.g. posting payroll journal entries).
