I especially appreciated the ability to customize workflows and automate certain tasks, which saved time and reduced manual follow-up.

I don't like how it can be slow sometimes, like when I'm archiving multiple candidates it freezes my page. Or sometimes when I'm updating jobs it takes very long to update and the same thing happens it freezes.

I especially appreciate the Trello-like board view, which allows me to create custom stages for candidates and easily track their progress.

it doesnt have the facility to allocate the resumes to team members, all the resumes can be accessed by all the team members which some times creates confusion (more than 2 recruiters in my team calls the same candidate on the same day)
