As aforementioned in the Questionaire in the pros and cons, the Bright Safe section for home care providers can benefit more if the software is updated to meet their requirements and needs while the HR section is robustly updated.

For our business we were unable to use the clocking in and out software due to multiple locations on different days, if we had employees in one location and on a weekly rota this would of been ideal .

Together our company and Dayforce's updates has allowed us to expand and keep everything in on place, from payroll to learning platforms and performance reviews

Other days I find that there are missing pieces that we can't add because of the cost and the lack of customization allowed in configuration for things like Performance reviews and onboarding.
