Clockwork Recruiting vs NEOGOV: Which is best for you?

I enjoyed the customization we were able to implement for our business/client needs.

We had many issues with updating status (often times a lag) and it's a very manual product (I've used better and more functional CRM/ATS products).

Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.

The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.
