- I like the ability to be able to create multiple surveys for a variety of different purposes within Culture Amp from Onboarding and Engagement to 360 Reviews and Exit Interviews, it is helpful and can be as simple or complex as needed with the aid of the presets and templates offered.
- As a result, this has led to many extra hours and a source of confusion across our organization as due dates are changed within the platform for everyone - instead of just one employee. How there is no customization when it comes to due dates for reviews at an individual level is unfathomable - and an administrative nightmare if you have more than a handful of employees. If you're looking for meaningful visualization or data analysis of performance results then this is likely not the product for you.
