    From an administrative point of view it does most of the tracking for us, is easy to customize and set up campaigns. It's user friendly and doesn't require using an apply link to count for a referral.
    Cons:
    The analytics could be better, but for our case it is mostly the way our positions are set up.

    Price, customizable and seemed the easiest to use. It was the only one we found that matched without someone having to use a link and it's easy for us to do retroactive referrals.

    The ability to track when people you refer apply to positions.
    Cons:
    The updates seem to stop after the initial application. You don't know if someone was rejected, and you don't know if they were hired until well after they have started (in many instances).
