We know what scores have provided positive results in previous hires and it allows us to compare new candidates using those same metrics.

It can be challenging to know what is really being assessed without having the access to some of the test questions in advance

We engaged with TestGorilla hoping for a full trial of both personality and technical assessments as an alternative to Predictive Index. Although their UI looked great and responses were fast, we never received trial access to the complete suite.
