G360 Surveys vs Lattice: Which is best for you?

I was looking for a competency based 360 assessment and after much research found G360 and all my wishes were answered and some! Plus the online support modules make it even easier to provide leadership support.

Honestly, to get anything better (meaning more customized) would cost many multiples of the G360.

The integrations with other tools save time, and the customization options mean we can tailor surveys and reviews to our exact needs

My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice.
