What I liked least about HI People was the limited flexibility in customizing certain assessments or surveys. While the platform offers a clean user interface and solid templates, it could benefit from more advanced customization options for companies with specific needs.

The least appealing feature is the raw camera, which lacks polish and could benefit from improvements in usability and functionality such as background and lighting.

The customer support team is very productive and efficient, and the TAT is amazing.

One aspect that I like the least was the lack of flexibility in their verification packages, as there were limited customization options available to tailor the services to specific needs or requirements.
