HiPeople vs RefNow: Which is best for you?

What I liked least about HI People was the limited flexibility in customizing certain assessments or surveys. While the platform offers a clean user interface and solid templates, it could benefit from more advanced customization options for companies with specific needs.

The least appealing feature is the raw camera, which lacks polish and could benefit from improvements in usability and functionality such as background and lighting.

While RefNow is efficient, it could benefit from more customization options and a smoother user interface to enhance the overall experience

I can see this current system weeding out totally unsuitable candidates but I'm not sure it would give me enough to make a firm decision on a candidate
