The aspect which I liked the most it is the applicant tracking system (ATS) created by the SherlockHR developers. The system enables seamless candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking, significantly reducing the time and effort required to find the right candidates for open positions. It smooths everything out.

Cons:

Customer service support can be quite slow. Other than that, I had no issues what so ever.

Actualizar y mejorar en base a necesidad del cliente

Muy buena, pero siempre mejorable, lo conozco desde varios años y creo es bastante bueno y puede ser mejor, ya que hace un buen mach con Computrabajo y ahora con OCC esta mucho mejor, pero el HCM si debe actualizarse, sí o sí

Cons:

Más reportes específicos, gráficos a corde a la necesidad, más simplicadosos pasos, atender las necesidades de mejora del producto por parte del cliente.

Muy buena. Todavía es necesario que hay mayor restricción para que el postulante deba poner al día sus datos antes de postularse igual pretensiones económicas, deberían poder cargarlas por vacante el postulante

Es un producto ágil, completo, ordena tareas, permite planificar, corregir y tomar decisiones. Cuando surge cualquier issue, el equipo responde inmediatamente

Que pida autenticación cada vez que actualizas, ya que el envío por correo tarda un poco y si no tienes acceso al correo no puedes acceder.

En términos generales, me parece una herramienta súper útil. Permite tener todo unificado en un solo lugar, lo que facilita mucho la organización y el seguimiento del trabajo. Desde la plataforma se pueden realizar búsquedas en distintos portales, lo que amplía significativamente el alcance en comparación con utilizar un solo sitio. Esto optimiza el tiempo, mejora la gestión de los procesos y hace que el trabajo sea más ágil y eficiente.

Es una herramienta muy útil que realmente facilita mi trabajo diario. Me permite tener toda la información de los candidatos y de los procesos en un solo lugar, además de contar con funcionalidades como las videoentrevistas, que hacen el seguimiento mucho más ágil y organizado. Sin duda optimiza el tiempo y simplifica muchas tareas.

Cons:

Como aspecto a mejorar, en algunas ocasiones la adecuación de los perfiles no resulta del todo acertada. Si bien la herramienta logra captar ciertos criterios de búsqueda y requisitos generales, a veces no prioriza los aspectos más importantes para el rol, lo que requiere una revisión manual más detallada. De todos modos, sigue siendo un apoyo valioso en el proceso, ya que brinda información completa y funcionalidades que facilitan el trabajo diario, aunque sería ideal que la precisión en la adecuación continúe mejorando con el tiempo.
