About Pandapé

Pandapé offers small and medium-sized companies in Mexico a Human Capital Manager (HCM) that facilitates the digitization of tasks and the implementation of strategies focused on talent retention and job satisfaction, through a number of features that streamline various aspects of an employee's working life, such as time and attendance, vacation and absence management, payroll, onboarding, people analytics, and more. With Pandapé, Human Resources departments can free themselves from repetitive tasks and simplify their daily tasks, in order to focus on activities with a greater impact on the organization.

Pandapé is an intuitive and comprehensive cloud-based HR software that forms part of the ecosystem of talent management solutions developed by Redarbor, along with Computrabajo and SherlockHR, making it the only HCM that can be integrated with these platforms.

Pandapé allows companies to accelerate and streamline HR tasks, with management tools for time and attendance, vacations and absences, NOM-035, incidents, surveys and communication, among others. The key advantages are that it's customizable, as it adapts to company policies with regard to working hours, vacations, repor...

ts, onboarding and surveys. It's modular, as it allows you to choose only the features that can add value to your company. It's scalable, because as the company grows, additional modules can be acquired that continue to help with day-to-day operations. It's accessible in terms of location and affordability and provides maximum usability, to make it easy to use without requiring specialized training. With Pandapé, managers and human resources managers keep all employee data in one place. After the initial setup, processes can be automated and data can be monitored and managed. Each company has a login link to a specific portal, and each employee has their own username and password. Employees access a social network-like environment where they can publish and find company news, but also access their payroll, records, company benefits, organizational chart, absences, request vacations, reserve meeting rooms, conduct surveys, record their workdays and breaks, and even access the mailbox for queries and suggestions. Pandapé is mainly used by HR and personnel administration managers to manage administrative activities. It also allows CEOs and management teams of Mexican companies to keep their finger on the pulse of their organization and develop engagement strategies based on their findings, and ultimately it allows them to be the link between the company and its employees, who are the end users.
