Humanity vs Paycom: Which is best for you?

Humanity offers many of the features of modern SaaS applications (i.e., SSO integration, geo-tracking, mobile app, etc.).

I've dealt with 4 different types of schedules that humanity accepts because every 2 Months it doesn't accept the format I used for the previous Month..which is very hectic to be honest.

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.
