Indeed for Employers vs NEOGOV: Which is best for you?

Overall, using Indeed has been a mostly positive experience because it brings in a steady flow of applicants fast and keeps all our hiring tasks, like messaging and interview scheduling, in one place, but the trade-off is sorting through a lot of unqualified resumes and paying extra when we need to boost visibility; even with those drawbacks, it remains our go to platform because it helps us fill positions quicker than any other job board we have tried.

On top of that, the location filter is not very precise, so people from far outside our hiring area often apply, adding to the pile we have to sift through.

Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.

The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.
