NEOED’s Insight applicant tracking system (ATS) helps organizations recruit and hire candidates, complete with compliance reporting. SchoolJobs.com is NEOED’s education-specific job board that helps organizations engage and hire applicants. The suite also includes Onboard, NEOED’'s solution that ensures day-one readiness for new employees.

NEOED’s Perform is a performance management solution that nurtures communication, identifies and promotes employee strengths, and establishes a sense of purpose for employees.     The company is amazing and I love how our opinions matter. For instance you can see how they have integrated improvements to insight and Onboard based on real client input.

    Customer support is amazing!! We are using insight in production and getting ready to move forward with Onboard in 2026. The after implementation resources and support are invaluable. The Customer Success team are a phenomenal value also.
    Cons:
    Navigating between employee and HR administrator is a little clunky. The documentation as a comprehensive training manual could be gathered in a list or spreadsheet type of format for those of us that have to trim new employees or retrain the existing ones. I spent a lot of time correlating the videos and links in one easy to use place. Why don’t we automatically have access to community.

    I've really enjoyed working with NEOED. There are a lot of training materials available on the Community hub. Their customer service team is awesome and is always positive (no matter how many times I call).

    I like the functionality of the platform, and that they are always open to feedback and actually do something with it.
    Cons:
    The learning curve has been a little difficult in our organization. We have had a lot of complaints about it being not user friendly, but are trying to train people more thoroughly.

    It seems to have the ability to be a one stop shop for so many things. The options appear to be fairly unlimited with its many products.
    Cons:
    The eas of use is lacking; lack of clarity of best practices; things just don’t seem to make sense; difficult to keep up with updates.

    It is user friendly, it was easy to implement and I’m thankful for the community and the ideas that get implemented.
    Cons:
    It is not quite multi college friendly yet. I say yet because I have faith that NeoEd listens and will get there.

    Cost and being more user friendly. We also switched for data analytics and being able to make adjustments as necessary ourselves and not having to always wait on the company to make the change for us e.g. adding fields to the requisition.

    I really enjoy NEOED's customer service. I feel like everyone is very helpful and willing to look further into my question if they do not have an immediate answer. I also like that NEOED is so customizable.
    Cons:
    I feel like there can be gaps in knowledge regarding all of the things that NEOED is capable of. I do think the Quarterly Releases have been helpful in bridging this gap.

    Learn platform helps manage professional development efficiently. Courses can be built with custom categories for both in person and custom online trainings.
    Cons:
    Training transcripts cannot be separated by category. Our faculty need to track courses by category. It is a manual lookup and sort. External trainings through e-forms also creates challenges in the transcript.

    I love Insight and how easy it is to post a job. Also, how easy it is to create a Matrix. My hiring managers like how easy it is to score candidates.
    Cons:
    That we are not able to send more than one E-offer. Also, that hiring managers are unable to see applications until candidates are moved to the referred list.

    Customer Support is amazing. As a Business Systems Analyst that has to help support our HR, the hotline number has always been quick and responsive and I do like how they have access to mirror our roles and see our current environment setup. Probably one of the best support I’ve dealt with in products we use for our school campus
    Cons:
    I do not have too much to say that I like least. It’s one of the better products and support we use.

    Cons:
    Not all products meet up the sales pitch, big learning curves. Also challenging to get internal stakeholders to buy in and get excited about new products and learning new things.
